Charging into international competition, Manlius Pebble Hill School’s Model United Nations Team won eight major awards and commendations and was named Best Medium Sized Delegation at the recent London International Model United Nations Conference (LIMUN).

Twenty-seven students represented Manlius Pebble Hill in last Saturday’s Science Olympiad at Red Creek Central School, medaling in 13 of 25 different science events.

MPH Junior Olivia Sheppard will be the guest lecturer this Saturday, March 8 for the Technology Alliance of Central New York’s Junior Cafe Scientifique. Olivia will speak at 9:30 a.m. at the MOST. Her talk, intended for area middle school students, is designed to inspire excitement about science. Continue reading

Appearing in Central New York Playhouse’s recent production of “Jump/Cut,” by playwright Neena Beber, 1996 MPH graduate Sean Pratt collected rave reviews for his portrayal of Dave, the play’s bipolar central character.

The MPH Performing Arts Department next month will present the school edition of the hit Broadway musical, “Rent.” The 2014 Upper School musical opens March 21 for five performances in the Coville Theater. Tickets ($12) are now available online. Continue reading

Our congratulations to MPH Athletic Director and varsity soccer coach Don Ridall, who was recently named 2013-2014 Coach of the Year by the Blind Men and Criers Club, the areawide association of referees (nicknamed the Blind Men) and coaches (the Criers).
